I remember my old classmate was on "The Next Iron Chef" on the Food Network (Chef Gavin Kaysen) and he made this dish with paper thin radishes that looked unreal. I can't say I've come around to enjoying their flavor though. The sandwich looks great though, I could go for one right now. Radishes always look fantastic on a plate.
