What to do with those eggs that you now know how to boil?
Makes four sandwiches or wraps
Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs, cut in half
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon madras curry powder
1/2-1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (to taste)
2 teaspoons yellow mustard (hot dog mustard, not dry)
About 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mash all of the ingredients with a fork
